Following recent product and solution developments, Panduit Unite has now introduced a 6 Zone Monitoring and Management solution, which helps bridge the gap between IT and Facilities in both legacy & new build data centre facilities. It provides a single, integrated & holistic view of the entire data centre, through the monitoring & management of all power & environmental information from building point of entry to individual Server payload. Until now no one solution has been able to harness information from all zones within the data centre, such as the NMS, BMS, PMS and Fiscal Primary Metering.
Panduit Unite's solutions provide accurate and granular management information to measure, control and deploy energy optimisation initiatives, providing proactive energy management reporting to meet business and operational management objectives and can also integrate into third party middleware and BMS solutions. Typical reporting includes:
- Power and energy monitoring of load draw, kVA, kWHrs, Volts, Amps, Power Factor, Frequency, Energy Costs
- Alarm status reporting.
- CO² tonnage.
- Dynamic PUE and DCiE metric monitoring.

Management Reporting
Our enterprise level software application is a multi-site, global platform providing a consolidated view of each facility, and an ability to monitor, understand and manage the data centre environment as a whole. Allowing power monitoring and management from the building point of entry to an individual Server, our software solutions centralise IT and Facilities information, providing 'real-time'monitoring, alerting and alarm generation of the power, environment, i.e. temperature and humidity and security system hardware, also integrating with third party middleware and BMS solutions.
Legacy Data Centre
Our legacy data centre solutions will consolidate information from IT and Facilities to provide a holistic view of the entire data centre and deploying solutions which are self financing and offer a less than 12 month Return on Investment.
