Consolidation of Unite Operations
Following two years of successful trading since the merger of Sinetica Corp and Comrac Ltd, and the subsequent formation of Unite Technologies Ltd, we are pleased to announce the amalgamation of our UK operations with the relocation of our Commercial Head Office, and subsequent consolidation of all commercial functions, into our newly expanded Technology Centre facility in Usk, Monmouthshire.
This expansion is in parallel to the opening of our new prestigious London based office at 9 Devonshire Square, EC2, right in the heart of the City’s Financial district, which aims to offer a unique opportunity to witness industry leading power metering, monitoring and reporting solutions by way of a full demonstration and technology evaluation suite.
As of the 27th July, the newly formed Head Office and Technology Centre will house all of the commercial functions for Unite Technologies, in addition to the already existing R&D activities, including Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR, and is soon set to benefit from extended R&D resources in the form of a dedicated Integration Centre, to support progressive in-house development programmes. To further support this forecasted growth, Technical Services and Warehousing facilities have also been expanded.
