We are able to provide highly reliable and responsive centralised IT management through software and our network device and offer a Secure Gateway management application 'Command Center/Secure Gateway' (CCSG), which after authentication allows secure access to any device via a single IP address by using an organisations existing directory such as Active Directory (LDAP), Radius or TACACS.  This unique solution simplifies remote access to any device for IT personnel, whilst providing the highest level of security with audit trails for senior management confirming when and who logged onto any device to assist with ITIL processes or Sarbannes-Oxley for US owned clients. 

Remote sessions can be launched in a number of ways and 'local access' can be local at the rack or in the NOC outside the data hall itself, for lights out Data Centres or hot and cold aisle cooling set ups.
