From order to commissioning, Unite Technologies offers a complete Project Management service, which operates on a seven phase lifecycle methodology. Each phase is determined by the setting of various performance measurements, which are directly linked to our Clients requirements and expectations.
This concept is reinforced by the setting up of internal Executive Steering groups and external Working Parties, where the project is continually championed and aligned with the original strategic direction set at the Initiation/Requirements phase.
Our Project Managers produce a complete suite of project documentation on a project by project basis, in line with our methodology and health and safety procedures. By working to iterative lifecycles we ensure buy-in and commitment from everyone within the business to continually build, change, and improve processes. In order to make best informed decisions, each specific measure is identified and the process to be measured is understood. Each key process is then mapped, a baseline determined and the baseline data analysed.
