From initiation to implementation, Unite offers a complete project management service, which operates on a seven phase lifecycle methodology. Each phase is determined by the setting of various performance measurements, which are directly linked to our clients' requirements and expectations.
This concept is reinforced by the setting up of internal executive steering groups and external working parties, where the project is continually championed and aligned with the original strategic direction set at the initiation and requirements phase.
Our Project Managers produce a complete suite of project documentation on a project by project basis, in line with our methodology process, ensuring the highest levels of commitment from all parties within our business. In order to make best informed decisions, each specific measure is identified and the process to be measured is understood. Each key process is then mapped, a baseline determined and the baseline information analysed throughout the duration of the project.
